Lot Prices: Lot prices range from $4,500 to $20,000. Sizes of lots vary from 2,100 sqft (30x70) to 35x70, 35x80, 50x70, and odd shaped lots.

Lot Improvements: All lot improvements must be approved through the Campground Business Office in writing. Building permits are issued by the Cecil County Department of Licenses and Inspections.

Utilities: All sites are equipped with water and electricity. Water is turned off to all sites during the winter months. Dumping stations are available for waste disposal.

RVs: We are an authorized Breckenridge Dealer of brand new 35' Breckenridge RVs They are available through our Sales Department. Lots with used RVs are also available.

Financing: Financing is available to qualified buyers at PNC Bank.

Annual Fees: Fees for 2010 are $1,350. This fee includes the cost of water and membership to all amenities in the campground.

Taxes: Taxes are based on the tax rate of Cecil County, MD. Taxes are to be paid to the Cecil County Treasurer.
